My Stance on Political Hoopla in 'Murica

I hate politics with a passion, but today’s Bible reading got me thinking... so this is the most political blabber you'll ever get from me and I'll try to make it as generic as possible—think of it as my yearly rant on the political hoopla in 'Murica topped with a biblical reflection. ↓↓↓

(Jesus said)"The world cannot hate you, but it hates Me because I testify about it, that its deeds are evil." - John 7:7 (NASB)

This verse highlights how standing for truth can lead to opposition, which resonates deeply with today’s political landscape. Just as Jesus faced backlash for exposing the evils of the world, many modern voices challenge the agendas pushed by the media, Hollywood, and political factions. These entities often seem eager to undermine traditional values and mock principles rooted in faith, creating a culture where truth is distorted to fit narratives (*cough cough* evil agenda). As the election approaches, REGISTERED voters must choose leaders who reflect their beliefs and have the resolve to swim against the current of misinformation. Like Jesus, we should scrutinize candidates who genuinely prioritize honesty and integrity. Voting wisely means backing those willing to challenge the status quo and defend what’s right, ensuring Americans' voices shape a future grounded in true values.

In the end, who will rise to lead with truth in hand, and who will conspire to hide what they can't stand?

Epilogue:

Did I nail the generic tone? I did my best, since I’m not here to endorse any specific candidate for U.S. president (as if I have the influence to do so? hahaha). I’m just here to vent a little because it’s been a while since I wrote here, and I’ve missed my random readers. Hi, it's me again!

But uhm... I’m definitely going to exercise my right to vote this November... if Washington state ever gets around to sending me my official ballot. Uhm, hello? Where is it??

I encourage you to do the same. Again, I'm not some important figure by any chance, but the fact that you're reading this tells me you care enough to know what I have to say. Go out there and vote!

As for who wins this upcoming U.S. presidential election, I’ve already come to terms with it. You’re probably thinking, "What do you mean, Janica?"

Hypothetically, if those pushing fake narratives end up emerging victorious, despite how they got there, I see it as part of God’s will. Not that God desires evil for His people, but these events might just be part of His unfolding plan before the second coming. But hey, I'm not losing hope on what I view as a positive outcome. Change is always within reach, and every election is a chance to steer the ship in a new direction.

That's all I have to say for now. I hope you're doing well. Peace out!

- Janica
